Private Life Coaching

Because life coaching takes place in the comfort of your own home or office by telephone, we’re pleased to work with individual clients all over the U.S. and around the world! The first step, if you’d like more information about our coaching style and methodology, is a FREE, no obligation 30-minute personal phone consultation. This also provides the opportunity for potential clients to get a feel for our “coaching chemistry”. The coaching style at Thrive Consulting creates a partnership with clients that is warm, supportive, and exciting, with no shortage of laughter and a healthy dose of tough love–But it’s important that the “chemistry” feels right to you in order for the coaching experience to be all that it can be! A free consultation is the perfect way to make that discernment.

Life coaching sessions are arranged based on four 50-minute sessions per month (one per week) with an initial 3-month commitment. Coaching can continue beyond the initial 3-month partnership as long as needed or desired, on a month to month basis, but the choice is always yours! There’s no obligation. Sessions rates are $90 each, payable in advance, one month at a time. (Or, when investing in 12 sessions, you may opt to pay for all 3 months at once for a 5% discount!)

At no additional charge, we offer unlimited email support to all my private life coaching clients throughout the duration of our individual coaching relationship.

Corporate Employer Services

We work on retainer with a limited number of small to medium sized organizations to provide individual life coaching support to eligible employees. As a former human resources executive, Amy is intimately aware of the impact that a life out of balance can have on work performance.
